Why does it "pull" to one side?
First, check the position of your rudder in relation to the handlebars. Second, make sure the floats are on properly. (The two inserts belong in back)
The drive train is loose and won't stay down in reverse, what do I do?
Most likely there is too much oil on the frictionlock. (See owners manual for removal and
replacement of friction lock) After it is removed the excess oil can be wiped with a rag.
You may even have to add a little tape. If problems persist you can call 800-972-8516 for assistance.
Why does it not have more gears, like a 3 speed?
Most water is level. The speed that can be attained, is determined by the shape and length of the floats.
Just like a sailboat. Also, you would lose the ability to go in reverse, which I'm sure you'll agree is very beneficial.
